BuildPoint Renovations is a renovation, project management, and technology integration company that approaches every project as a single integrated system.
Most renovation projects divide planning, construction, and technology into separate scopes managed by different people. We take a different approach by delivering every project as a single integrated system from day one.
We coordinate licensed specialty trades, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and other regulated work, while completing the carpentry, finishes, and other non-licensed work that brings the project together. The result is a project that is planned, integrated, documented, and delivered with a single point of accountability.
First Commissioned Project
BuildPoint Renovations' first commissioned project is the ShipPoint Center facilities build-out in Carmel, NY.

Every project begins with a detailed plan that coordinates construction, licensed specialty trades, technology, materials, and scheduling before work begins. Throughout construction, every decision, change, and milestone is documented to keep the project aligned with the original vision from start to finish.
Coordination & Construction
We perform the renovation work within our scope while coordinating licensed specialty trades, ensuring every phase is completed in the right sequence and to the required standards.
Documentation & Quality
Plans, specifications, product selections, changes, inspections, and key project decisions are documented throughout construction to maintain quality and accountability.
Completion & Handover
Every project concludes with a documented walkthrough, final verification, and the records needed to confidently operate, maintain, and renovate the space in the future.
